I cannot believe how heartless Conn's can be. On the day my mom died I was at the hospital, I had transfered my house calls to my cell phone so family could get in touch with me. I recieved a call from Conn's wanting to speek to my mother. When I informed them that she had just died, they wanted to know if I could make a pament for her. I was so upset that I begain to cry. My brother had to take the phone. When he told them to $*@* off, they only responded with " you don't have to use that kind of language, all we need is a payment now".
