I ordered a 2GB pen drive from Rediff shopping on 19th May order no: 3892783. I received a mail saying that it has been dispatched by Aramex and would receive it by 3rd June. When I did not receive it, I called up aramex with the airway no but they said that the packet has not been handed over to them. I called up and also contacted Rediff customer support repeatedly and they said they are following up with their "enabling partners".
