I got a SMS from Airtel saying I can pay 234/- within 7 days to get the special offer. When I reacehed the outlet to get pre-paid charged the shop person also told me that I need to enroll to this within 7 days. Now the balance in my account says I need ot use this money within 7 days. I am lifetime customer and hardky spends 100/- Rs per onth and now how they can think I will spend 234/- per week? And also the message sent to me is misleading to customer. So I want to go to the consumer court. read full review »
