I bought the frequent flier coupons from Airdeccan which has validity of 1 year (14 coupons in 48000). From last 6 months they had their site (FF section) was under maintenance. I was not able to book the tickets under this program. When I talked to their employees they said I can book it through credit card and later I can ask for the refund. Believing them I did the same. Initially I was told I will get the refund (before booking) in 7 days but after they said it will take 40 days. Now its more than 45 days I have not received the refund... read full review »
