I do not believe there is another single company under the sun which is less customer oriented than WES. They argue that they've received only one of the two required documents that i've sent. At first it sounds reasonable but it's completely impossible because both documents were sent in the SAME envelope. What kind of an humanbeing can receive only one of the items in the same envelope and claim that he did not receive the other one.?!
