We dial 121 it doesn't respond to our complaints but promotional recordings can be heard and no complaints are taken care off. Sunil Mittal is minting money by these recordings and he is not doing anything good for the country. Whenver i dial 121 or 198 only promotional things are on the recording, no complaints are being heard or recorded. read full review »
