I have taken a new card and they took around 2-3 days for activation..ok fine..it takes time..then they deactivated my sms all of a sudden and called me and said that the document submitted is not proper kindly get back to us...they should have called me before blocking my sms service...still i went the very next day and submitted the documents and asked them personally if they are satisfied and they said that the SMS will be activate within a day or two.
