I ordered a scooter from this company online in December 2009. It cost $4, 000, and didn't arrive for weeks. When I finally called I was told Planet Mobility no longer sold this product and so I chose a new scooter. It arrived in February and worked well for a couple of months, but gradually became weaker and weaker, until it can no longer go a half-mile without recharging.
