I have give my Tata Indicom handset to open the phone lock on 20th December 2009 in the office of Tata Indicom, Gandhinagar Distt Kullu (HP). The phone locked due to new launched green sim (it stated by dealer of the Sim, near at Sarwari Bazaar, Kullu). The phone lock was opened by the Tata services on the month of February 2010 with a repair cost of Rs. 300. But again when the new sim used with the phone, the phone get locked again.
