Hi..! We have recently bought a 7 kgs washing machine from one of dealer / retail seller (M/s Shree Ram - 9359428993) in Agra. At the time of selling, the dealer assured to send the engineer for commissioning / installation and demo purpose the very next day of the sale made. It has been more than a week that we have been regularly following it up with the dealer but all in vain as he raising off his hands in air after giving the customer care contact number of Whirlpool.
