Just got scammed like other vicitims. Software-HQ's site was where I was directed to downloand Adobe Acrobat pro, directly from Google search. Was quoted $35 for 3 years of Adobe with service, was billed $70. Contacted very rude person in billing department who stated that pre-selected upgrades and features were checked by them unbeknownst to me as a consumer. Was SHOCKED to find a $70 charge which put me in NSF over my account balance. Billing Dept. rep referred me back to their website for review charges, only one problem, can't... read full review »
