For the last 4-5 months, the refrigerator door open warning audio alarm has been sounding continuously, even when the door is closed. I had registered numerous complaints with the Vizag dealer, the latest being Ref No. 1022 dated 9/06/07. When the defect first occured, the refrigerator was under warranty which has since lapsed on 30/05/07. I have sent numerous e mails to the head office of Whirlpool India in Mohan Nagar, at least 15 e mails. Not one response has been received from the head office or any response from their dealer in Vizag. read full review »
