I have been a loyal Directv customer for five years ever since VOOM disappeared. Some two years ago directv started changing the coding scheme for HD signals to mpeg4 - something my receiver cannot understand. I have been paying $10.00 per month for HD but for over a year there have been no HD channels that I can watch. I try to remove the HD service online - no can do.
