All I can say is I've been a customer of the State Road 7 and New England store for years and I've had it. They can absolutely not multi task at all. If you need more than one thing done you have about a 30 percent chance the remaining items will be done. 90 percent of the time you will have to revisit for either forgotten work or faulty work. They get your repeat business by selling lifetime rotation and balance or alignment and then sell unneeded repairs and parts on your return visit.
