TD BANK HAS RIPPED ME OFF! I wrote out a post dated check dated July 30th in the amount of $1200. TD decided to pay out the check hitting me with $280 of overdraft fees. In addition leaving me with a zero balance in my account. I called the 888-651-9000 customer service line and spoke to Amanda who advised that due to the fact that I'm enrolled in the TD DEBIT CARD Advance THEY DO NOT HAVE TO REFUND THAT AMOUNT.
