OVER-Estimate Usage: I have no problem paying for the gas I have actually used, but when I receive NICRO Gas bills that start and end with estimated readings then I have a problem. I have a vacant dwelling and I have received three monthly bills that are ALL estimated readings. Each month they continue to read higher and higher billing amounts.
