I made the mistake of buying a HCL machine. Little did I know that they have a non-existent service policy despite teh machine being under warranty. I have had a series of problems with the machine (bought from Comp-Mart India P Ltd, SG-012, Galleria, DLF City Ph IV, Gurgaon 122002 in April 2007). Everytime I ask for a service engineer to be sent home to attend to the problem, I get a pack of lies about people not available, perople on leave etc. I have tried calling HCL directly many times, but to no avail.
