I had surrendered the Reliance Landline Phone on 16/03/2007. At the time of providing me the telephone connection, the Company has taken some security mone say Rs. 1000/- from me. Even after passing of 6 months of surrender of Telephone, I have not received my security refund. Whenever I call the customer care center situated at Sanjay Place, Agra, the employee Ms. Navpreet Kaur says that sir please contact after 20-25 days. This is continuing since last 3-4 months.
