I contacted the whilpool service centre for the repairs of my washing machine which is under service contract. They collected it on 5th September 2000. On 9the they said it is ready, please make the payment and it will be delivered to your home. I made the payment as per their bill and till today they are not returning my machine. I contacted several tmes their call centre and each time they said it will be deliverd today and gave certain other false excuses but never returned my machine.
