I tried to get a baby crib and changing table combo for about two and a half months. The website showed the product as available but the shipment email never came. They don't communicate well by email and most go unanswered. I tried with two different products and the result was the same on both. It was back ordered and I could wait or cancel the order. I suggested they hire some Amazon people to get their website info up to date and accurate. I suspect they are trying to operate with too few employees.
