We bought our first week in July of 1999. The maintenance fees at that time were three hundred dollars. We decided to buy an additional two weeks, found that fees continued to rise at unreasonable rates, so converted to "the trust". What a joke. In December of 2009, fees exceeded 4, 600. We called the company to explain we would be making our payment in April. When we called that month, we found we had been eliminated from the trust...no second notice (they said a registered letter had been returned with addressee not available. We have lived here for 20 years)...no NOTHING. They are more than fraudulent and scam artists; they are thieves. read full review »
