The credit card that was on file for my membership had expired. When contacted concerning the expiration, I informed the man on the phone that I also wanted to cancel my membership. He said, "no problem, lets get this card number to cover the last months dues and then I will go ahead and cancel. I received an e-mail stating that my membership was up to date, so I contacted him and he said, "don't worry about that, it is all taken care of for you." Ron Baldwin is one of the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with in my life. You will get a call every month or so, describing some sort of a delay due to cash flow because of the credit card processor, or production problem or shipping issue. He (Ron) NEVER answers his phone and once he has your money will not return your phone calls. If you are a NEW customer he will get right back to you, but not once he has gotten your money.
