I bought a refrigerator of videocon company (165 l) from next retail shop in noida on 1st may 2007. From the first day of purchasing i got problem in cooling thermostat and ice tray. I complaint five tijmes after that they came and just change the ice tray. Now after only 4 months my compressor is fully damaged and its around four days of complaint they r not coming to change.
