I have witnessed how people in the NTO(Nursing Training Office) of the National Center for Mental Health abused their power in their positions(especially Mrs.Lucila Espinosa, the chief nurse and her staffs named Evasco, Pascua, Plotenia).They asked money donations to all nursing schools and colleges before they approved contract of affiliations of all schools who wish to acquire hands on trainings of the students in their Psychiatric-Mental Health experience.They also not allowing all Clinical Instructors from the schools to handle the... read full review »
