I booked my tickets with Ezeego1.com, and they offered ticket pe ticket offer wherein you get 1 ticket free on purchase of 1 ticket. I purchased 2 tickets, and tehy sent me the promotion code for 2 tickets to redeem. But when i entered the codes, it said it is unvalid, and since then I am trying to contact them, but no use. As never get replies by sending emails, and on phone they keep me on hold saying all the executives are busy on other phone, and i had to keep on hold for half an hr, 1 hr, so much that I ended paying up more tha 800 Rs. just for calling them on customer care no. read full review »
