The movie rental service was offered to me for free for the 1st month and I was given the option to discontinue the membership after the 1st month. After the 1st month ended, i had requested to cancel my membership. I was assured that my membership will be cancelled and my deposit of Rs 999/- will be returned within 3 weeks. Its been 2 months from now and I am yet to see my membership cancelled. The organisation is not ready to cancel my membership I dont know for what reason. I have spoken to senior executives also, but even they give a false assurance and do not cancel my membership. read full review »
