I filed a request to Vodafone Store abt excess payment of my Vodafone bill and requested them to credit it bck to my credit card and i was informed that i would take 7 days to process the request, which whn checked on the 7th day no report was actually registered, The complaint here is when i was trying to follow Vodafone care nos they only put the customer on hold for almost 45 min and when asked for the manager the phone was disconnected by the agent.
