I purchased Forbest Crystal model from Big bazaar bangalore on December 3, 2007. It was installed the next day and the water was good to drink, but on December 14, 2007, ie a few days after installation the water was foul smelling and unfit to drink. My baby had stomach upset after drinking that water. The normal tap water was free of any smell. The service man came in on Saturday and could not rectify the problem and so I was promised by Ms. Adilakshmi that another service man will be sent on Monday to rectify the problem and so far no one... read full review »
