HIT Web Design is the most unprofessional company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Their customer service is a joke - they take WEEKS to complete ANY simple task and that's if you're fortunate enough to have them complete the task at all! They've charged my credit card for fees that I never authorized and offered no explanation for same. They never return phone calls or e-mails.
