I have an LG washing machine, 7 Kg. capacity. The resistor or elec. coil (for heating the water) went out of order. I sent my people to LG approved dealers in Natore, Rajshahi and Dhaka but everybody just told us that spare parts are not available to them. I had to buy a fake spare part, having troubles to fit it in. What is this kind of absurdity? You send your machines to Bangladesh but not the spare parts. Do I have to throw away an almost new washing machine and buy another one? Certainly won't be another LG. I think... read full review »
