Dear sir, I had purchased V10i model of sony ericsson mobile phone. IMEI no (356815034135385) on 07/01/10 from Neeru Enterprises, Sec 18, NOIDA. The touch screen stopped working. And I deposited the phone in the customer care department on 09/06/2010. (Pickup id given was: 87794501) I haven't received my phone yet.
