We had booked a tour with this travel aganecy . We were told that there were no people yet for this tour, and hence the tour is not confirmed . They however took an Advance amount and ensured that the they will inform if us if the tour gets confirmed . We called them 3-4 times and they said there will still no people and they would call if the tour is confirmed .
