Kenstar is the worst washing machine I have ever come across. It gets into problem once in a month. The service engineer sometimes blames on excess detergent and sometimes on heavy load. Recently he has said that pulley belt has to be replaced. It is 15 days since the problem is attended to and the service engineer doesnt have the cortesy to call up and say the reason for spare part supply delay. read full review »
