I have been a customer with XM Radio (now Sirius XM) for almost 5 years. In that five year period I have had to contact customer service at least once per year due to billing issues. Although the technical part of the service provided (the broadcast) has been quite good, the Sirius XM customer support team is near worthless. As best as I can tell, they are a contracted organization and not likely even Sirius XM employees, so they know little about the products or services.
