I completely understand what is going on and what TD Bank is doing is technically legal, BUT it will eventually catch up to them. I had a checking account with another bank for 10 years and within those 10 years I never overdrafted-NEVER! I love how when you call TD Bank customer service they tell you that you need to keep a check register and that you dont keep track of your account good enough.
