BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES!!! I canceled within the required 10 days (note they are NOT business days). Their system did not register the cancellation, therefore it has been less than 24 hours and they are charging my account $130.41 The very unhelpful lady, stated as a courtesy she would refund half... REALLY, HALF... for something I canceled. In reading others concerns, most people have only been charged $69 NOTE it is going up!!
