Beware of the Modeling Association of America also known as the MAAI. The MAAI has arrangements with numerous model and talent schools to refer students that are willing to pay big bucks to enter pseudo modeling contests. The MAAI holds their own modeling contest in NY & LA, mainly to justify charging $5000 to $25000 and up to the parents of children that are hoping to get their child into show business.
