I placed an order with this company on 17th July and was informed I should receive my goods on 24th July. I checked my order online on 27th July as nothing had arrived and noticed my order had been canceled on 21st July. Funds had been taken from my account TWICE. When I rang to ask why, I was told I was the only person who could cancel my order was me and that the order was shipped the day it was canceled.
