I placed an order for a Bouquet, chocolates and balloon for a new baby girl. I chose next day delivery- it came 4 days later. They sent a boy balloon instead of a girl balloon. I wrote to them stating that they had cause great upset because of their error. They worte back saying they had given me a refund, however when i checked they had refunded 9.00 pound instead of the cost of 9.99 What a way to carry on a business!
