The video inputs on my TV went bad all of a sudden and produced a green, ghost-image like picture. However, the TV was working fine. Samsung authorized repair man came out, fiddled with TV and said the part he needed was on back-order. He put everything back and now the TV is not working. He said Samsung would give me a new TV. Samsung wants to give me a new TV for $650 fee!!
