I am unable to send the sms from my BSNL mobile since 11th of March 2008. After trying all possible issues like changing the handset, trying different numbers, calling the callcentre and changed the message centre number as per their advice. Afteralll this atlast filed a complaint (c1200142) on 12th March 2008. Followed up thrice a day and nothing happend. Till today they just say we have forwarded the complaint and we are not able to talk to anyone except the stupid call centre people. read full review »
