I am one more addition to the complainants of haier india. I called up haier india customer care for servicing of my refridgerator on 19/07/2010. But as usual my request is not resolved yet after 10 days. While logging a call I specified the timings for visit of technician of 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Next day i received a call from their service franchisee and they told that executive cannot visit during that timings and updated that their executive visited at noon 2 p.m. and door was closed. Still after 6 calls to Haier India no body has provided resolution. Also customer care executives are not giving proper channels to escalate the matter. read full review »
