My husband bought our wedding rings from Kay Jeweler last April right before our wedding. Here it is over a year later and he has bent his ring and we need to use the warranty for a repair. He takes in his ring and is told that it isn't the 14k gold 4mm band that it is actually a sterling silver 4mm and cannot be repaired. Needless to say we are pissed because we spent $200 on a white gold band only to find out it is not what we paid for.
