I called to get Uverse and AT&T telephone service. The day of the installation (2 weeks later was the soonest they could do) the technician never calls, and "claims" to have knocked at my door within the 2 hour window. I had been there the whole time watching for him as I work from home and my office is near the front door! Plus I have 2 dogs that freak out when someone comes up to the door, so there is no way he was here. I call customer service and they call dispatch and talk to the tech who says he was at the right place... read full review »
