On 7/21/2010, I ordered on Pogo.com, the game bookworm for $19.95, on-line. I used my Visa debit card. register #0DD3-86D5-97A8-8C39-907F-0CDD-203B-E80F-BEED-291C-694F-D8CC. When I reecieved my statement I see I was billed twice for the same game on the same day. I cannot find a phone #to call, and none of my e-mails get answered.
