We recently switched to Bounce Energy, HUGE MISTAKE. 2nd billing cycle: Bounce employee phoned in the AM leaving a message stating payment had not been received. When I called to tell them that I paid via online banking they asked me to call back later in the day that maybe the payment would be posted by then….So, why did they call me in the 1st place.
