This company is a joke.Simple order, 2 strut cylinders for the rear hatch on my suv.Received them in 2 days(great, i thought)opened the box and there was 2 different struts, neither of which was correct.Impossible to get through to customer service on phone, so i e-mailed them for a return authorization number.Now it's going to cost me over $14 to send them back for something that is THEIR fault.Found the same struts on amazon.com for $30 less plus FREE shipping.This is my first and last time with these clowns.NEVER buy from them, unless you need more stress and headaches in your life! read full review »
