I had 3 appointments set up for a "deep cleaning, " then a regular cleaning and tooth extraction, and cavities. I went for the deep cleaning, couldn't keep the appointment for the tooth extraction, and they told me it could all be done on the day I was getting fillings. When I came in for my appointment, I was told they would not be doing my extraction due to "staffing levels" and that the extraction wasn't on the schedule for what was supposed to be done.
