iStudio staff are rude, avoid anyone with a problem and then try and avoid making replacements under the Apple warranty schemes. They lie about warranty issues in the hope that you will buy a replacement. I have just had to stage a 'sit in' to get my three month old magsafe adaptor replaced after it failed and was tested by iStudio and found to be faulty.
