My girl friend was at this bar/nightclub in SIC, NJ. She had an altercation with a girl who works there (she was off the clock), & the altercation got physical. Then the girl's boyfriend came, hit my friend & put her in a chokehold. He didn't let go until one of the male patrons grabbed him.
